Description:
The City of Norman Park is seeking bids for the construction of Water Pollution Control Plant Improvements. The project includes the installation of a 1.0 MGD package wastewater treatment vessel, influent pumping station, headworks and screening with support structure, blower system, grading, base and pavement, water mains, gravity sewer mains, ultraviolet disinfection system, flow meter, electrical, stand by power unit, and all associated appurtenances required to complete the project. The construction schedule is 540 consecutive calendar days. • The project is funded by grants from the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA), American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), and State & Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. • A pre-bid conference will be held on September 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM. • Bidders must be licensed Utility Contractors by the State of Georgia. • The bid bond must be accompanied by a "Power of Attorney" authorizing the attorney-in-fact to bind the surety.
