Description:
The United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) is seeking to lease 67 parking spaces near the Miami Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) in the Claude Pepper Federal Building. The parking spaces should be within a specified delineated area and meet certain quality characteristics. The contractor shall provide leased parking spaces for 67 automobiles parked concurrently within the specified area. The period of performance will be for one base year and four 12-month option periods. The parking lot should have attributes such as a delineated area, service hours, dimensions, pavement, vehicle and personnel security, and be well-maintained. • The parking lot should be located near the MEPS Miami in the Claude Pepper Federal Building. • The contractor shall provide 65 parking spaces every weekday from 0500-1900 and 2 parking spaces every day from 0001-2400. • The parking lot should have a visible security presence and be designed to minimize accidents and security risks. • The contractor shall perform regular and scheduled maintenance while providing continuous parking spaces. • The parking lot should have a safe walking path from the parking lot to the Claude Pepper Federal Building front door.
