The Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive pest control management services at the Sacred Oaks Healing Center in Davis, CA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform integrated pest management tasks, including monthly inspections, termite control, pest control, and small rodent control. The contractor will also be required to develop and implement an IPM plan, provide technical support, and make repairs to existing structural and building features as needed. The contract will be for a period of one calendar year, with four optional years. • The contractor must have well-trained and qualified technicians to perform IPM work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and an IPM safety plan. • The contractor must submit monthly inspection reports and an annual IPM schedule. • The contractor must provide unscheduled service calls and repairs as needed.
