The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide a meeting transcription and conversation intelligence platform. The selected vendor will be required to provide transcription services for meetings hosted in-person, on mobile, or via the desktop, and integrate with major meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and WebEx. The vendor must also demonstrate at least 3 years of experience providing enterprise-grade transcription and conversation intelligence solutions. • The initial contract term will be one year from the effective date of the contract. • The contract includes three optional renewal terms of one year each. • The vendor must comply with the TX-RAMP certification for any cloud service proposed under this solicitation. • The vendor must provide transcription services for meetings hosted in-person, on mobile, or via the desktop. • The vendor must integrate with Okta Single Sign-On and M365 Platform.
