Description:
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services for the Seattle Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), Terminal Radar Approach Control Facility (TRACON), and Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC). The contractor will be responsible for performing all work required in the attached Statement of Work. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the period of performance will be from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2031. • The contractor must have experience in providing grounds maintenance services similar to the requirements in this solicitation. • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes a technical proposal, pricing information, and other required documents. • The FAA will evaluate proposals based on factors such as past experience, past performance, and price. • The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) on the date established for receipt of offers.
