The California Secretary of State's Elections Division is seeking temporary staffing services to assist with the 2026 election cycle. The temporary staff will be responsible for operating a call center, answering voter inquiries, and performing data entry and other tasks. The contract term is anticipated to be from December 8, 2025, to April 9, 2027. The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing temporary staffing services and meet other requirements outlined in the IFB. • The contractor will provide temporary staff to support the Elections Division's daily tasks. • The temporary staff will operate a call center and answer voter inquiries. • The contractor will perform data entry and other tasks as required. • The contractor must have at least three years of experience providing temporary staffing services. • The contractor must meet the requirements outlined in the IFB, including having a minimum of 3% Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation.
