Description:
The Oregon Department of Transportation is soliciting competitive quotes for the ESB – Hwy 453 & 452 Crack Seal project. The project involves supplying all labor, equipment, mobilization, machinery, and traffic control for repairing and resealing cracks in flexible pavements on Highway 453 MP 0.0 to MP 3.19, and Highway 452 MP 12.5 To MP 15.25. The project is restricted to qualified contractors who have been certified by the State of Oregon as an Emerging Small Business (ESB). • The project requires the contractor to perform at least 51 percent of the labor for the work using their own workforce. • The contractor must comply with all requirements of the Emerging Small Business Assistance Program under Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 200.160 through ORS 200.200. • The contractor must be licensed with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board prior to providing a quote for this project. • The contractor must comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870, relative to Prevailing Wage Rates (PWR) and the required public works bond.
