The City of Milton is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide auto body repair services for their fleet vehicles on an as-needed basis. The awarded contractor must be able to pick up and return repaired vehicles and be no further than 25 miles from Milton's city limits. The city desires a three-year agreement that is renewed annually. The scope of work includes frame work labor, body work labor, mechanical labor, paint labor, materials/supplies, parts, and decal installation labor. • The city's fleet vehicles include various models of Ford and Chevy trucks, SUVs, and motorcycles. • The contractor must have a location of suitable size and personnel to handle the repair and body work of the fleet vehicles without undue delay. • The selection will be based on overall price, services, performance, reliability, and location convenience of the proposers. • All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin.
