The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is seeking information and feedback to assist in implementing a comprehensive and modernized Source-to-Pay solution. This solution should replace and streamline the current procurement and payment system, including integration with the LADWP Workday financial management system. The RFI is looking for information on best practices, cost estimates, and potential new technologies or approaches. • The solution should support end-to-end procurement processes, including requisition to purchase order creation. • The solution should provide real-time visibility into committed and actual spend across business units. • The solution should enforce policy compliance and have capabilities for supplier risk evaluation and monitoring. • The solution should support catalog management, strategic sourcing, and supplier onboarding and lifecycle management. • The solution should have a supplier portal where suppliers can provide or edit their information and view their invoices and contract status. • The solution should have robust reporting capabilities and be able to create ad-hoc reports. • The solution should be cloud-based and have APIs and data exchange capabilities. • The solution should have security certifications such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
