Description:
The City of Quincy is soliciting bids for the Faxon Park Pickleball Court Fence & Gates project. The work for this project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision required to complete the installation of chain link fencing and gates at Faxon Park. Bids must be accompanied by a properly certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed bid price. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on site to review the site and provide potential bidders with the opportunity to ask questions. • The project requires the installation of chain link fencing and gates at Faxon Park. • Bids must state exceptions, if any, the delivery date, and any allowable discounts. • Bids/Proposals must be in a sealed envelope marked "BID ENCLOSED" with the time/date of the bid call. • Firm bid prices will be given first consideration. • Late bids will be rejected. • Detailed specifications are available on-line at the City of Quincy’s website and at the Office of the Purchasing Department.
