Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania is soliciting sealed bids for the following: 2025 MILL AND OVERLAY BID Milling of approximately 32,000 SY of full-width roadway to variable depths in order to provide the specified curb reveal & cross-slope prior to paving of approximately 3,000 tons of 1 ½" compacted depth Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, 9.5mm, PG 64-22, 15% RAP Maximum, Wearing Course [0.0 to 0.3 million ESALs, SRL `H', 1-1/2" depth]. Paving includes saw cutting and application of bituminous tack coat and bituminous seal coat (at all joints) as directed by the Public Works Department. ALL Milling & Paving Work MUST be Done Within the Period Between July 31st & August 22nd. Bidding documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of Upper Dublin Township, or a bid bond in favor of Upper Dublin Township, in an amount equal to at least ten (10%) percent of the bid price. Prevailing Wage determinations are in effect for this project as set forth in the Bid Documents. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, during which time the Township may review the bids and investigate bidder qualifications. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any defect or informality not material to the integrity of the bidding procedure or to a bid, and to accept the most reasonable and responsive bid that is in the best interest of the Township. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via the “Messages/Vendor Discussions” feature in PennBid.
