The City of West Sacramento is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide on-call fence installation, maintenance, and repair services. The contract will include providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for installation of 6 ft high galvanized steel chain link fencing and 6 ft high, 24 ft wide galvanized steel double swing gates that meet or exceed current commercial fencing industry standards, on city-owned property throughout the City of West Sacramento. The contract may be for a total of 5 years, with an initial term at the City's discretion and up to 2 additional 1-year terms. • The contractor shall furnish all tools, materials, supplies, and equipment to perform the tasks outlined in the Scope of Work. • The contractor shall provide new installation, repairs, and maintenance work to new and existing fences, posts, and gates on City properties on an as-needed basis. • The contractor shall locate underground utilities and not disturb them during the course of their work. • The contractor shall adhere to current commercial fencing industry standards for all installations. • The contractor shall be a certified licensed fence contractor as required by California Law.
