The University at Buffalo is seeking a contractor to provide bus services for the Women's Volleyball Team. The contract will be for a period of one year, and the successful bidder will be required to provide transportation services for the team. The contractor will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation, maintaining equipment, and ensuring that all drivers are properly certified and trained. • The contractor must provide buses that are 6 years old or newer, with operable air-conditioning, recliner-type seats, and restrooms. • The contractor must maintain a two-way radio system and provide communication and coordination between all motor coaches involved in group movements. • The contractor must comply with all applicable safety regulations, including those related to driver hours of service, vehicle maintenance, and equipment inspection. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and ensure that all drivers are properly insured. • The contractor must submit a pricing page with fixed unit prices for every item, and the prices must remain firm for the term of the agreement.
