The Washington County Public Health is seeking a contractor to provide HIV/STI testing, referral, and outreach services to persons at highest risk for HIV for up to twelve months. The selected contractor will be required to provide services to Washington County residents through both in-person and online outreach methods. The contractor will also be required to collaborate with Washington County Public Health to develop an annual HIV prevention and education program and work plan. Some key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Identifying persons with HIV infection or uninfected persons at risk for HIV infection • Providing comprehensive HIV-related prevention services for persons living with diagnosed HIV infection and HIV-negative persons at risk for HIV infection • Implementing community-level HIV prevention education, safer sex supply distribution, and PrEP referrals • Conducting outreach activities including but not limited to using social media, hook-up apps, going to local events, and working with local, community-based organizations • Distributing HIV home test kits, safer sex supplies, and educational materials to community members and community partners as needed and requested The contractor will be required to submit regular reports to Washington County, including a schedule of testing services, community outreach, and other prevention activities, as well as regular reporting of outcomes, results, completed activities, and engagement with community partners.
