The County of Northampton and Department of Corrections (DOC) is soliciting proposals from qualified kitchen equipment service and maintenance companies providing services within a correctional setting. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide preventive maintenance, on-call repair, inventory and labeling, repair parts and minor work to repair refrigeration, electrical and mechanical kitchen equipment utilized by the Northampton County Department of Corrections. Key responsibilities include: • Providing preventive maintenance and on-call repair services for kitchen equipment • Maintaining an inventory list of equipment to be serviced and/or repaired • Providing repair parts and minor work to repair equipment • Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with manufacturer manuals and industry standards • Providing a local telephone number, fax number, and email address for receipt of service and emergency service calls • Responding to routine repair requests within 24 hours and emergency repair requests within 4 hours
