The State University of New York at Stony Brook is seeking proposals to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for repairs of pumps, fans, and motors up to 4500 HP. The work will be performed on pumps, fans, and motors offsite and located at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, including main campus, R&D Campus, Southampton Campus, Stony Brook University Hospital, residence halls, and all other properties owned, managed, or operated by Stony Brook University. The contract term is 2 years. • Routine and emergency field services for removal, cleaning, installation, balancing, alignment, repair, and replacement of pumps, fans, and motors • Work will be performed in accordance with bid specifications, manufacturer O&M manuals, and technical bulletins • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit on October 9, 2025, at 1:00 PM • Questions can be asked through the Q&A Board on the event page • The submission deadline is October 23, 2025, at 3:00 PM
