Lamar University is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the provision of turf replacement services on the University campus. The scope of work includes replacing the turf on the women's softball field. The University is looking for a qualified, responsive, and responsible contractor to provide the described services. • The contractor will be responsible for replacing the turf on the women's softball field. • The contractor must submit a statement of qualifications, pricing and delivery proposal, and a HUB subcontracting plan. • The contractor must comply with all federal and state policies and laws prohibiting discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct. • The contractor must make a good faith effort to utilize HUBs certified by the Texas Procurement and Support Services Division of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
