Budget Estimate (AI):

$500,000 – $2,500,000

The estimated budget for this opportunity is between $500,000 and $2,500,000 over the 5-year contract period. This estimate is based on the assumption that the CFMP will be implemented with 11 facilities and 350 user seats in the first year, with additional facilities and user seats added in subsequent years. The estimate also takes into account the costs of software licenses, implementation, maintenance, and support. The actual budget may vary depending on the specific requirements of the university and the vendor's proposal. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the CFMP, the number of facilities and user seats, and the level of customization required.
