The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking janitorial/custodial services for its Research Triangle Park (RTP) campus in North Carolina. The contractor will provide custodial maintenance services, five days a week, for three locations involving eight building locations, including offices, cafeterias, classrooms, and more. The services will be both interior and exterior in nature. The estimated value of this action is $212,803.21.
