Description:
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a new shot peen machine to the 402d Aircraft Maintenance Group at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, parts, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, and training. The contract will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest reasonable price that meets the specifications outlined in the PD dated 11 June 2025. • The contractor must complete a site visit within two weeks after contract award. • The contractor must provide a concept and dimensioned drawing for the entire scope of the project within 12 weeks after the site visit. • The contractor must deliver the final product within 25 weeks after approval of the proposed concept. • The contractor must provide training to 10-12 government employees after installation is finalized and accepted. • The government will have 8 weeks to validate and verify functionality after delivery.
