The Essex County Sheriff's Department is seeking a vendor to provide Reentry & Case Management Services. The services will include reentry-focused, evidence-based CBT programming, substance use disorder treatment, and case management. The vendor will provide a comprehensive range of reentry-focused, psychoeducational programmatic and case management supports across the continuum of care within the Essex County Sheriff's Department. The services will be provided in conjunction with the Essex County Sheriff's Department and in coordination with other contracted vendors. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing reentry planning and transition support • Conducting risk assessments and case planning • Delivering cognitive behavioral therapy and moral reconation therapy • Offering life skills and psychoeducation groups • Providing substance use disorder treatment • Ensuring collaboration with the Essex County Sheriff's Department and other vendors • Maintaining accurate records and tracking progress The vendor will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including a cost proposal, staffing matrices, organizational chart, and resumes of key personnel. The vendor will also be required to participate in a bidder's conference and site visit.
