The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to repair the asphalt pavement on Arnold Drive at Dover AFB in Delaware. The project includes the construction of asphalt and concrete pavements, curbs, and sidewalks, as well as the construction of storm water drainage structures. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. The project must be completed within 44 calendar days. • The contractor must provide a detailed plan drawing showing the layout of the construction site prior to starting work. • The contractor must submit a work breakdown structure and biweekly progress reports. • The contractor must conduct a pre-final inspection and a final inspection with applicable Government officials. • The contractor must provide a warranty for all work performed. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a site-specific safety plan and conduct regular safety inspections. • The contractor must provide a plan for the disposal of all debris, rubble, and waste generated during the project.
