The State of Illinois is seeking bids for the provision of Zero Air Generators. The solicitation includes three types of generators: Trace Level Bench Style Zero Air Generators, Trace Level Portable Zero Air Generators with CO scrubber, and Light Weight Portable Zero Air Generators with CO scrubber. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through BidBuy, and the bid must remain firm for 90 days from opening. The State will evaluate bids based on responsibility, responsiveness, and price. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder. • The bid must include all required documents, such as Vendor Disclosure or IPG Active Registered Vendor Disclosure, Offer to the State of Illinois, and Contract. • The bidder must submit pricing for each line item in the Quote Items Tab on BidBuy. • The State reserves the right to amend the solicitation, reject any or all bids, and waive minor defects. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, contracts, and procurement. • The bidder must provide proof of financial resources sufficient to ensure performance of the contract. • The State may require a performance bond if necessary to ensure performance of the contract.
