Oneida County is seeking bids for generator maintenance services at various county-owned buildings. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and testing of generators, as well as providing emergency repair services. The contract has a duration of 3 years with options for 2 additional 1-year terms. The contractor must have experience in generator maintenance and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Some key tasks include: * Performing routine annual scheduled maintenance visits to maintain equipment at its optimum design operating capabilities * Creating a semi-annual Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule based on manufacturers' specifications * Performing load tests on generators * Inspecting and testing transfer switches * Providing emergency repair services 24/7 * Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, environment, and safety. Some of the equipment to be maintained includes: * Cummins generators * Caterpillar generators * Kohler generators * Onan generators * Marathon Electric generators * MTU generators The contractor must also provide certificates of insurance and comply with the County's insurance requirements.
