Description:
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to Rockwell Collins, Inc. for the integration of TSV Suite A and B functionality and IW in conjunction with software updates to the respective radios software version 7 to version 8. The effort will support software updates with the AVC-4712 and AFD-3210 to interface with the GEN 5 radios Cryptographic Modernization (CM). This includes any updates necessary to the existing Software Development Stations (SDSs) for software development and testing. • The contract is for the E-2D aircraft ARC-210 GEN Radio & Control Display Unit (CDU) Integration. • The sole-source basis is due to Rockwell Collins, Inc. being the only company with the ability, resources, technology, and documentation necessary to modify, develop, produce, maintain, and support these systems. • Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Rockwell Collins, Inc. directly.
