The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a firm to provide frac tank rental services. The contract will require the delivery, rental, and pick-up of a maximum of two frac tanks with a few poly tanks, as needed, to hold a minimum capacity of 45,000 gallons of temporary seawater. The contract is a 100% small business set-aside, and the period of performance is tentatively scheduled from 03 November to 09 July 2026. • The contractor must provide frac tanks and poly tanks to meet the minimum capacity requirement. • The contractor must deliver, rent, and pick up the tanks as needed. • The contractor must ensure that the tanks are suitable for holding temporary seawater. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Service Contract Act. • The contractor must provide a completed Section L - Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters, and a completed SF 1449, including Block 17a (page 1) and CLIN information for items 0001, 0002, and 0003.
