The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is seeking a contractor to construct a pre-engineered metal storage building at Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA. The building will be approximately 40' wide by 50' long and between 15'-17' tall. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor required to prepare the site, pour a concrete footing, and construct the building. The scope of work includes installation of electrical components and has an option task for insulation and plywood walls.
