The County of Lehigh is soliciting quotes from firms to provide microfilm processing and service of Domestic Relations original docket files. The selected vendor will be required to microfilm the documents on site, using a 16mm High Resolution (140 lines) Planetary Camera, and provide hard copy and indexing to include name, docket number, and cartridge number produced in both digital and hardcopy formats. The vendor must also provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The microfilming services must meet all requirements and established standards of the Pennsylvania State Historical and Museum Commission. • The vendor must make an appointment to see the documents prior to quoting in order to provide accurate pricing. • The vendor must provide fixed rates for the materials listed, including fuel surcharges, all licenses, fees, and/or expenses normally incurred with this type of work. • The vendor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the hold harmless clause.
