The County of Volusia is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of Tax Collector Interior Renovations and Restoration located at 123 W. Indiana Ave, DeLand, FL 32720. The project involves the renovation of the existing Tax Collector's office, including interior demolition, construction and installation per approved floor plans, space reconfiguration, integration of new workstations and service counters, MEP coordination and upgrades, break/meeting space improvements, wait area enhancements, and permitting and compliance with local building codes. The awarded contractor will be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. • The project has an estimated construction cost of $950,000.00 and a total contract time of 150 days. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on June 26, 2025, at 2:00 pm, which is non-mandatory but encouraged for all interested parties. • Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the County's eProcurement Portal by July 24, 2025, at 3:01 pm. • The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, or to re-advertise for all or part of the work contemplated.
