The Middlesex County Department of Public Safety and Health, Office of Health Services, is seeking a vendor to provide medical laboratory testing services. The contract will commence on July 18, 2026, for a period of twelve consecutive months. The successful bidder will be required to provide sample pick-up service Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Tuberculosis Clinic in East Brunswick, NJ. The bidder must also provide testing supplies, including collection tubes, collection containers, and blood collection kits. The method of award will be based on the lowest combined total per unit cost. Some of the key laboratory tests required include: • CBC with differential & platelet • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel • ESR • TSH • LFTs • Hemoglobin A1C • SED rate • HIV 4th generation • Uric Acid • Rifampin Level • INH level • Cycloserine Level • CBC with Differential and Platelet (CBD) • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel A.M.A • Bilirubin, Direct • Hepatic Function Panel • Cholesterol The bidder must also provide prices for additional laboratory tests, which will not be considered in the method of award.
