The City of Trenton is seeking bids for HVAC system preventive maintenance, repairs, and/or replacement at various city facilities. The contract will be for a period of two years with an option to extend for an additional two years. The city is looking for a contractor to provide all-inclusive hourly rates for the services outlined in the bid specifications. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements of HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, air conditioning units, and more. The contractor must comply with all applicable building, electrical, plumbing, and safety codes. Key responsibilities will include: • Performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems • Repairing and replacing HVAC equipment as needed • Ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations • Providing all-inclusive hourly rates for services • Working with city staff to coordinate maintenance and repairs
