The selected Clerk-of-the-Works will provide on-site representation and oversight of the General Contractor's work, ensuring compliance with the Contract Documents. The project includes renovations to the Homestead, an accessible pathway, and sitework throughout the historic village. The Clerk-of-the-Works will be responsible for attending construction meetings, monitoring the General Contractor's schedule, and reporting any issues or concerns to the Project Manager.
