The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is seeking sources for Visual Information Support Services (VISS) to provide high-quality graphic design, photography, audiovisual, and video teleconferencing support for official missions, events, and communication needs. The scope includes tasks such as graphic design, photography, audiovisual support, and video teleconferencing. The contractor will be responsible for managing and performing these tasks, as well as providing personnel and technical expertise. The work will be performed at NAWCTSD and leased spaces within Research Park Orlando, FL. Some key responsibilities include: • Providing graphic design services, including digital and print materials • Providing photography services, including event and studio photography • Providing audiovisual support, including setup and operation of equipment • Providing video teleconferencing support, including scheduling and troubleshooting • Managing and performing tasks as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) • Coordinating with the Government and other service providers to ensure successful service delivery The Government is seeking information from interested parties, including their company information, socio-economic status, and experience with similar contracts.
