The project involves the resurfacing of East Atlanta Road, from Cotton Indian Creek Bridge to Fairview Road, including asphalt milling, hot-mix asphalt placement, traffic control, asphalt patching, and pavement marking. The contractor must be pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation and registered with SAM.gov.
