The Municipality of Penn Hills is seeking bids for the 2025 CCTV Inspection Contracts. The project consists of three separate contracts: Contract A, Contract B, and Contract C. Contract A involves the light cleaning and closed-circuit televising (CCTV) inspection of approximately 81,000 linear feet of 8” – 30” sanitary sewers. Contract B involves the light cleaning and CCTV inspection of approximately 82,000 linear feet of 8” – 30” sanitary sewers. Contract C involves the light cleaning and CCTV inspection of approximately 4,100 linear feet of 8” – Greater than 30” combination/storm sewers, catch basin and manhole structure cleaning. The bids will be received until 10:30 a.m. on April 9, 2025. The project requires the contractor to provide all required documentation, including a read-only copy of the proposed software package, and to meet the PACP coding standards. The contractor will also be responsible for removing protruding service taps, bypass pumping of sewage, and post-repair sanitary sewer inspections. • The project requires the contractor to have experience in sanitary sewer CCTV inspections and cleaning. • The contractor must provide a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the proposal. • The contractor must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract. • The contractor must provide a one-year maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a statement of bidder's qualifications, including information about the company's experience, equipment, and personnel.
