The City of Santa Clara is seeking proposals from firms to pre-qualify vendors for as-needed asphalt and concrete repair services. The selected vendors will enter into master services agreements with the City, which will establish City standards, processes, and technical requirements for every project. When repair work is required, the City will send out a task order to each vendor on the list, and the award for the required service will be based primarily on the lowest price. The scope of services includes the removal and replacement of existing asphalt concrete pavement, Portland cement concrete curb & gutters, valley gutters, sidewalks, walkways, curb ramps, driveways, and decorative hardscapes and paving.
