The Town of Tylertown, Mississippi, is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering services for work related to the implementation of approved FY 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project(s). The scope of work includes preparing preliminary engineering reports, plans and specifications, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid opening, executing construction contracts, and performing construction inspection. The proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance. • The engineer will be responsible for performing all engineering services through project closeout. • The scope of work includes preparing preliminary engineering reports, plans and specifications, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid opening, executing construction contracts, and performing construction inspection. • The proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance. • The Town encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Woman-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit proposals. • The contract will be on a fixed price basis in accordance with the established CDBG program fee scale.
