The Hernando County School District is seeking qualified firms to provide continuing architectural services for miscellaneous projects. The selected firms will execute an AIA Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect (AIA B101-17) for continuing services. The scope of services will include multiple design phases, and related services such as structural engineering, fire protection engineering, and HVAC engineering may also be required.
