The Orange County Convention Center is seeking a contractor to provide testing, inspection, and repair services for its fire sprinkler, fire suppression, and kitchen fire hood systems. The contract will be for a period of five years, with the option for renewal. The contractor will be responsible for performing annual, semi-annual, and quarterly testing, as well as 5-year sprinkler inspections. The contractor must also provide labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services. * Key services include: * Testing and inspection of fire sprinkler systems * Testing and inspection of fire suppression systems * Testing and inspection of kitchen fire hood systems * Repair of fire sprinkler, fire suppression, and kitchen fire hood systems * Providing labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including NFPA 25, NFPA 2001, and NFPA 17A. The contractor must also provide proof of insurance and meet the County's requirements for business development and diversity.
