The City of Cortez is soliciting proposals for the supply of a complete pre-engineered six-bay steel equipment storage shed to be installed at the City Service Center. The building package must include all structural components, stamped engineered plans for the shed, and concrete foundation specifications. Erecting services are required as a part of this solicitation. Proposals that supply only the building package will not receive consideration. The City will prepare the site and oversee the construction of the concrete necessary for the footings or piers, in advance of the erection schedule, based on the stamped engineering plans submitted by the successful bidder to the City of Cortez.
