The Department of Management Services is seeking bids for a State Term Contract for Firearms and Related Accessories. The contract will be for the provision of firearms and related accessories to state agencies and eligible users. The scope of work includes the supply of firearms, OEM accessories, and non-OEM accessories. Bidders must submit a completed Attachment B, Discount Sheet, and other required documents prior to the ITB opening. The Department intends to award up to ten contracts per manufacturer within categories 1-4, with each award corresponding to a manufacturer as shown on Attachment B, Discount Sheet. • The contract term will be as specified in the Attachment E, Draft Term Contract. • The Department reserves the right to award multiple contracts or to award contract(s) for all or part of the work contemplated by this solicitation. • The Department reserves the right to reject all bids. • The Department will determine the Bidder’s Total Calculated Discount for each manufacturer per category bid through a formula. • The Bidder shall provide a PDF file of its current and active registration with the Florida Department of State prior to execution of a Term Contract. • The Bidder shall complete a Florida Substitute Form W-9 prior to execution of a Term Contract.
