The USTRANSCOM/TCAQ, Scott AFB IL, intends to award a single source requirement to IHS Global for the purchase of a Sea-Web subscription. The subscription will be for a period of one year, with options to renew for up to four additional years. The contractor will provide S&P Global Sea-Web, Single-Use, Ports Annual Maintenance, S&P Global Sea-Web, Five-User, Concurrent-Use, Ports Annual Maintenance, and other related services. • The contractor will deliver the subscription and related services to the USTRANSCOM Directorate of Acquisition. • The contractor will provide a firm-fixed price for the subscription and related services. • The contractor will comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations. The Government will evaluate quotes based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis.
