The contractor must supply, transport, and dispose of the screenings at the Ontario County Landfill (or an alternate NYS‑DEC‑permitted landfill with proper permits), maintain and repaint containers annually, conduct site clean‑up after each haul, and perform seasonal dumpster cleaning with EPA‑approved insecticide.
