The City of Cambridge is seeking a vendor to provide Pierce parts for trucks and other vehicles. The successful bidder must be able to provide factory Pierce Manufacturing parts purchased directly from Pierce Mfg. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the highest percentage discount on all items listed. The total contract amount is $75,000.00. The vendor must be able to provide parts delivery within 24 hours of placed order and keep a reasonable amount of Pierce parts on hand to fill orders. • The contract term is one year • The vendor must provide pricing on all items listed • The vendor must be able to provide factory Pierce Manufacturing parts purchased directly from Pierce Mfg. • The vendor must be able to provide parts delivery within 24 hours of placed order • The vendor must keep a reasonable amount of Pierce parts on hand to fill orders
