The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) is seeking quotes for WebEx Licensing and Support. The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to purchase or renew WebEx Licensing and Support. USAC is a not-for-profit Delaware corporation appointed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) as the permanent administrator of the Universal Service Fund (USF) and the universal service support mechanisms. The RFQ describes the services requested and provides instructions on how to respond. • The RFQ is available electronically at http://www.usac.org/about/procurement. • Quotes are due no later than January 09, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET. • The contract awarded as a result of this RFQ will not be a subcontract under a federal prime contract to USAC.
