The University of Florida is seeking proposals from qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to provide comprehensive energy and infrastructure improvement services as needed. The University intends to create a pool of approved ESCOs to identify and develop cost-effective and sustainable energy conservation measures (ECMs) and facility improvement measures (FIMs) across more than 900 UF buildings. Key objectives include utilizing existing utility-grade metering systems for project development, reducing utility and operational costs without up-front capital, supporting Carbon Reduction Goals, and delivering Measurement & Verification (M&V) of savings aligned with IPMVP guidelines. • The term of this Agreement will be for an initial period of two (2) years, with an option to renew based on satisfactory performance and the written approval of both parties for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods. • The University reserves the right to add and/or delete elements, or to change any element of the coverage and participation at any time without prior notification and without any liability of any kind or amount. • The University may terminate this ITN process at any time up to notice of award, without prior notice, and without liability of any kind or amount.
