The City of Canton, Mississippi is seeking bids for the Canton Intersection and Street Improvements Project. The project consists of intersection and street improvements per the pay item descriptions and quantities listed on the Bid Form. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 2, 2025. The total Contract Time will be 90 consecutive calendar days and the liquidated damages will be $200.00 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. • The bid must be submitted in “pdf” format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. • Electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. • The bid shall also contain the bidder’s Certificate of Responsibility number or a statement that the bid enclosed does not exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) on the outside of the envelope. • Official bid documents may be obtained from the office of Waggoner Engineering, Inc. upon payment of $100.00 for each set, none of which is refundable, or from www.waggonerengplans.com.
