The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is seeking professional engineering services to support the investigation and cleanup of hazardous substances and waste sites throughout California. The selected firms will provide services including site investigations, risk assessments, feasibility studies, and remedial design. The contract will be for a term of three years, with the option to negotiate a fixed price or incorporate additional fixed-price contract elements. The firms must demonstrate experience in conducting site and facility investigations, risk assessments, and remedial design, and must be knowledgeable in applicable laws and regulations. • The firms will provide professional engineering services in support of DTSC's efforts to investigate and clean up hazardous substances and waste sites. • The firms must demonstrate experience in conducting site and facility investigations, risk assessments, and remedial design. • The firms must be knowledgeable in applicable laws and regulations, including the California Health and Safety Code. • The contract will be for a term of three years, with the option to negotiate a fixed price or incorporate additional fixed-price contract elements. • The firms must be in responsible charge of a professional civil engineer licensed in the State of California. • All work must be performed by or under the direction and supervision of a qualified professional engineer or a qualified professional geologist licensed in the State of California.
