The County expects time‑and‑expenses billing on a monthly basis with a blended‑rate proposal and an overall cost estimate. • Full‑life‑cycle migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition (including SuccessFactors). • Data‑migration of ~1 TB database, 13 M financial documents, 250 k GL items, 5 500 ESS users, 83 k equipment records, and extensive custom code. • Integration with existing non‑SAP systems (OnBase, Aurigo Masterworks, banking interfaces) and support for Fiori mobile access. • Required staffing: SAP‑certified consultants (7‑10 yr experience), functional experts in FI/CO, HR, MM, PM/EAM, and U.S. citizenship or H‑1 visa compliance. • Billing: monthly time‑and‑expenses invoices; proposer must supply blended hourly rates and an estimated maximum project cost.
