The Greater Naples Fire Rescue District is seeking bids for custodial and janitorial cleaning services at their headquarters and other locations. The services will include cleaning of entry/reception areas, board rooms, bathrooms, finance areas, break rooms, hallways, and display case areas. The services will be provided during non-business hours from Monday through Friday, except for district-approved holidays. The winning bidder will be provided a thirty day notice for beginning services. • The services will be performed on a weekly basis unless stated otherwise. • The bidder must ensure that all private offices in both locations are not serviced under this agreement. • The bidder must provide a detailed scope of work and pricing for the services. • The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
